Role Purpose
- This position is responsible for leading the end-to-end global supply chain, including its design, planning, governance, and execution across Marou.
- Build and lead a centralized, data-driven supply chain model that ensures product availability, inventory optimization, operational resilience, and scalable growth across manufacturing, retail, wholesale, e-commerce, international markets, and overseas warehousing.
- Act as strategic supply chain leader, system architect, process owner, and execution authority, translating business growth ambitions into sustainable supply chain capabilities across Vietnam and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Global Supply Chain Leadership
- Define and maintain end-to-end supply chain governance, decision rights, escalation mechanisms, and accountability frameworks.
- Translate business strategy, growth plans, and market expansion objectives into executable supply chain capabilities.
- Lead supply chain transformation initiatives to improve scalability, service level, inventory productivity, and operational efficiency.
Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Design, implement, and lead the weekly S&OP / Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
- Align demand, supply, inventory, capacity, and financial plans across functions.
- Drive cross-functional accountability and decision-making across sourcing, procurement, central planning, warehousing, sales support, and global logistics.
- Improve forecast accuracy for our multiple sales channels, inventory health, and service level through disciplined planning processes.
Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Design and own forecasting methodology by SKU, channel, customer, market, and location.
- Measure and improve forecast accuracy through MAPE, Bias, trend analysis, seasonality modeling, and demand sensing.
- Establish forecasting logic for new product launches, promotional activities, and market expansion.
Supply Planning, MRP & Replenishment
- Own supply planning logic for finished goods, raw materials, packaging materials, and merchandise.
- Govern MRP parameters, replenishment policies, safety stock models, and planning horizons.
- Balance service level, freshness requirements, production efficiency, and working capital objectives.
- Align production plans with manufacturing capacity and business priorities.
Warehousing & Inventory Management
- Own inventory strategy across Vietnam warehouses, international distributors, and set up future international hubs.
- Optimize inventory holding costs while maintaining target service levels.
- Drive inventory accuracy, cycle count governance, and inventory productivity improvements.
International Logistics & Distribution
- Manage global logistics network including Export operations, Customs compliance, Freight management, International warehousing, Distributor fulfillment.
- Optimize transportation cost, lead time, service level, and network efficiency.
- Ensure supply chain continuity during logistics disruptions, geopolitical events, and market volatility.
Distributor & Omnichannel Supply Chain Management
- Ensure product availability across: Store chain, E-commerce, International distributors, B2B customers.
- Establish a supply chain collaboration framework with distributors and key customers.
- Monitor and improve distributor service levels, inventory health, and replenishment efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading supply chain transformations and implementing S&OP processes.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in supply chain planning tools and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
