Our warehouse is located near Nîmes en France, a logistics partner chosen for its commitment to operational excellence, social inclusion, and low-impact supply chains.

We ensure optimal conditions to maintain the quality and freshness of our products via Colissimo, Chronopost, Geodis or UPS.

Shipping schedule and timelines

Orders placed before 8.30 AM from Monday to Friday are prepared and dispatched the same day. Orders after 8.30 AM are dispatched the next day (from Tuesday to Friday).

During high-activity times like Christmas and Easter, preparation and delivery may take longer.

Please note that we don't dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and days surrounding public holidays.

Any order placed and delivered outside European Union may be subject to any taxes and customs duties imposed when the package arrives at its destination.

Please note: random customs checks may delay delivery of your order for up to 96 hours.

Delivery charges (summer)

From June to September, we use express carrier (Chronopost, Colissimo and UPS) to keep transit time short during summer heat. Each shipment includes thermal protection adapted to the weather forecast on the day of dispatch, ensuring your chocolates arrive in optimal condition.

Note: we reserve the right to suspend, delay or cancel deliveries if quality cannot be guaranteed.
