Commercial terms
Pricing and Taxes
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice before your order is accepted. All prices include French VAT and any other applicable taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices if unforeseen circumstances affect our delivery costs, like changes in government policy, customs duties, shipping rates, or foreign exchange rates. If this happens, you can cancel your order.
Customs and Taxes
Any order placed and delivered outside European Union may be subject to any taxes and customs duties imposed when the package arrives at its destination.
We apply Delivered at Place (DAP). We are responsible for delivering the goods to a specific location, but you are responsible for handling charges and brokerage, disbursement fees, import duties, taxes, and customs clearance which are not included in the calculation.
These are your responsibility, not ours, including dealing with customs and any related costs.
Shipping and Delivery
The cost of shipping is based on the delivery method, destination, and the size and weight of your order. We'll give you the shipping cost at checkout. Remember, unpaid orders won't be shipped.
Payment Terms
We accept one-time payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and more. Your payment must be authorized by your card issuer, or we can't process your order. The transaction will be in Euros, and your bank might charge you an exchange fee.

Product Guarantee
Check the expiry date on your chocolates, which you can find on each package. They're best enjoyed fresh, so we recommend picking a delivery date close to when you plan to indulge. Store them in a cool place (14 to 18°C) away from light for the best experience.
We reserve the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the site after such changes are posted will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.
